This cake was so simple and beautiful! I think the best part about is was that the silver platter it sat on belonged to the bride's grandmother and her sister had worn the broach on her wedding gown! Special memories for an already special day!
This is a cake where the fondant must be perfect, because you can't hide the mistakes with scrollwork. You are so professional and good at fondant. Perfect!
